Request Received
Departments, cells, and offices submit their requirement — a website change, new application, design work, or event coverage — to the Centre.
Planning & Design
The team studies the requirement, plans the scope and timeline, and prepares design concepts, wireframes, or shot plans as needed.
Development & Production
Websites and applications are built, creatives are designed, and photography or video content is shot and edited by the respective team members.
Review & Approval
The output is checked for quality, accuracy, and security, then placed before the concerned department and management for approval.
Publish & Deliver
Approved work goes live — deployed to the website or portal, posted to social media, or delivered to the requesting department.
Maintenance & Support
Published work is monitored and kept up to date — security patches, content updates, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
