The Departments of Hindi and French jointly organised a Guest Lecture on “Language and Personality Development” on 27^th October 2022 at 1:45 p.m. at Vendhar Hall. The lecture was arranged to create a basic awareness about the significance of learning the Hindi and French languages and developing soft skills for career and personal growth. Mr. M. K. Vijayaraghavan, Head, Department of Hindi, welcomed the gathering and introduced the chief guest. Mr.K.Mathiyazhagan, Vice Principal, delivered the felicitation address and stressed the importance of learning Languages to communicate and learn the culture of people across the country. The guest of this programme, Dr. G. Logeswar, influenced the students with his deliberation. The students enjoyed the session and received useful insights about the language. Mrs. N. Uma Maheswari, Assistant Professor, Department of French, delivered the vote of thanks. Heads of various departments and faculty members also participated in the programme. Around seventy students of various disciplines attended the programme. The programme was concluded with the National Anthem.
