Rules and Regulations
- Film should be shot on Using Mobile Phone.
- Film(s) (PSA) – screened earlier / revised or re-edited version of film(s) will not be eligible.
- PSA can be on any Theme.
- Video format must be AVI or MP4.
- A Team can have four students or it can be done individually .
- Duration of the PSA – not exceeding 60 seconds.
- Last date to submit :19th April 2022.
