On the account of Science day “Science-O-Fest” exhibition was organized on 4^th March 2023 by Olive Public Senior Secondary School at Chitlapakkam. Under Graduate and Post Graduate students of the Departments of Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry and Electronics and Communication Science actively participated and exhibited their projects. Totally 10 students displayed their projects in the exhibition.

Under graduate students of Department of Biotechnology Ms. S. Brindha, Ms. B. Harini, displayed projects on “pH awareness in various soaps and in aerated drinks” and first year Post graduate student Ms. R. Divya from Department of Biotechnology, displayed project on “Gene editing and therapy”. First year under graduate students of Department of Biochemistry, Ms. P. Angeline Vaisika and Ms. C. Sharmi displayed project “Organoids (Organ-O-Chip)”. Department of Microbiology Post Graduate students, Mr. M. S. Akash and Mr. M. Kamalesh Kishore displayed project on “AI in Microbiology”. Department of Electronics and Communication Science, second year Under Graduate students, Mr. Y. Sanju, Mr. T. Mohamed Shagul Arshath and Mr. P. T. Harshavardhan, presented the projects on Fire alarm, LDR street light and Hologram.  

 The exhibition revealed the students talents in various fields. Overwhelming performance of students was appreciated by the organizers and audience of the event. Interaction with students from various schools and colleges was an insightful experience and our students gained more knowledge and upcoming trends and modern technologies in various areas of science.
