The TecHunt Club

The TecHunt Club inauguration was organized by the Department of Computer Science. The TecHunt event was held on December 23, 2021, Thursday at the SRM Arts & Science College seminar hall at 10.30 a.m. The gathering was welcomed by Mr. R. Karthikeyan, Head of the Department of Computer Science and special address was given by Principal, Dr. R. Vasudevaraj, and Vice-Principal, Professor Mr.K.Mathiyazhagan. The resource person for the program was our alumna, Ms. Sylvia Santhosh Mary Y, from the 2016-2019 batch of computer science. In the introduction session about testing, she explained the concepts of testing, the importance of testing, and the need for testing. She also explained the methods of testing and the current technology scope. The inaugural function moved on smoothly with the sharing of thoughts. It was followed by a fresher's performance by the students at 11.30 a.m. The two events enthralled the students and witnessed 300 active participants. It was followed by a vote of thanks by an II M.Sc computer science student Ms. Aishwarya.S. She specially thanked resource person and our Principal, Dr R. Vasudevaraj for his continuous encouragement and support to conduct this event successfully and finally concluded with the National Anthem.
