The chamber is equipped with HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters that remove 99.97{3d57c7fb7a29dafc062656b231d04045dfa4e384161ab7893a9d9c4afd59efdd} of particles > 0.3 μm. Laminar Air flow chamber provides a sterile environment to culturing the microorganisms.I B.Sc. Biotechnology students are observing the stages of Mitosis using Allium cepa root test. Allium cepa root test is applied in toxicity testing of chemicals.II B.Sc. Biotechnology students are measuring the hydrogen-ion activity in different types of buffers to determine the acidity or alkalinity (expressed as pH) with the help of pH meter.II B.Sc. Biotechnology students performing Glucose estimation assay and calculation of Glucose concentration in unknown samples. II M.Sc. Biotechnology student is placing the passaged cell culture flask in CO2 incubator to maintain an optimal environment for cell growth, by providing carbon dioxide control in a humidified atmosphere with constant temperature.II M.Sc. Biotechnology students are loading the samples in microtiter plates for performing MTT assay. MTT assay is a standard high throughput cell biology assay to determine cell viability and estimate cell metabolism.III B.Sc. Biotechnology student loading the DNA sample for target gene amplification via Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) in the Thermocycler. Further, the amplified product will be confirmed by agarose gel electrophoresis.III B.Sc. Biotechnology students are working on High Speed Ultra Centrifuge for pelleting of cellular organelles such as mitochondria, Microsomes, Ribosomes using gradient separation techniques
