About the Department of Career Development

Led by a dedicated team of faculty members, the Department of Career Development works closely with students to build up essential competencies and hone the skills required to excel in competitive recruitment processes. While the Placement Cell brings recruitment opportunities to the campus, the Department enables students to make the most of them through structured training in soft skills, communication, aptitude, analytical and logical reasoning, problem-solving, group discussions, interviews, resume preparation and workplace readiness.
Through a practice-oriented, performance-driven approach, students engage in mock interviews, aptitude exercises and experiential activities. The Department works on individual areas of improvement and builds on students’ strengths, helping them rise to the occasion and turn knowledge into confident performance.
Together, the Placement Cell and the Department of Career Development work hand in hand — one opening doors to opportunity and the other preparing students to walk through them with confidence and competence.
