The Cultural Elements of France

The Departments of Other languages organized a Guest Lecture on “The Cultural Elements of France” on 10^th February 2023 at Vendhar Hall. The lecture was arranged to learn the culture, life style of French, how the festivals are celebrated and also to integrate the importance of learning French Language. Mr. M. K. Vijayaraghavan, Head, Department of Other Languages, welcomed the gathering and Mrs. N. Uma Maheswari , Assistant Professor of French introduced the Chief Guest. Dr.R.Vasudevaraj, Principal, honored the guest with a memento and Mr.K.Mathiyazhagan, Vice Principal, delivered the felicitation address. He brought forth the significance of learning new languages in order to get connected to the entire world. Mrs. Kavitha Krishnaraj, the guest speaker of the Programme interacted with the students and advised them to cash in opportunity available to them by learning French language.The students enjoyed the session and received quality information about the culture and civilization of France.  Ms.Deepti Rajesh Kanna of II Year B.Sc Biochemistry delivered the vote of thanks. Ninty five students of various disciplines attended the programme. The programme ended with the National Anthem.
