ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS

• The Department insists the students mostly on participating in the French Inter-Collegiate Competitions like Spell-bee, chasse au tresor, cuisine sans feu, etc.
• In order to develop the oral communication, the students are taken for the French movie show and cultural programme at Alliance Francaise de Madras.
• Every year the department produces 90% result in the University Examination and produced rank holders.
• N. Umamaheswari, Assistant Professor of French gave Guest Lecture in the University of Madras affiliated colleges on FLE and LES TECHNIQUES DE COMMUNICATION. Also the faculty has set the question paper for various autonomous colleges.
